Refining industry

Refineries proactively seek oil and water separation solutions to improve the refining process, create better quality fuels and increase profit margins. The removal of water from crude oil or waste oil requires specific demulsifiers that can quickly and adequately complete the oil-water separation process. The chemical composition of these demulsifiers must enhance the quality and resale value of the recycled oil and meet increasingly stringent environmental standards.
WVT Industries is your go-to partner for the production of process treatment chemicals.

Chemical solutions for refineries and oil fields

WVT Industries makes demulsifiers to meet the specific needs of the refinery industry.

After analysing your oil-water sample, our laboratory technicians compose and produce a customised demulsifier for many benefits and the highest efficiency.

We develop our demulsifiers so carefully that you can achieve the process with the minimum dosage in less than 12 hours. This enables optimal yields to be achieved with limited storage capacity.

In addition, we ensure that our products can operate at a much lower temperature (ambient temperature ≥ 45 degrees), which yields significant savings in energy but also in time!

After the settling process of minimum 12 to maximum 60 hours, you will have a result of less than 1% water in oil phase.
