Waterlube - toilet tissue & paper towel

Waterlube is specifically designed for use in the production of toilet paper and paper towels within the tissue converting industry. This fully water-based formula replaces traditional mineral oils used to prevent adhesion problems of lamination and steel rolls.

Key features:

• Effectively cleans and prevents adhesive build-up during the embossing process

• Suitable for various embossing techniques: steel-on-steel, pin-on-pin, nested, micro-deco, micro-macro, perforation and fan

Waterlube for the tissue industry is available in two varieties:

• Waterlube: Standard water-based lubricant for general applications in tissue production (embossing, laminating, etc.) by spraying.
• Waterlube Visco Plus: Higher viscosity, ideal for applications requiring a thicker lubricating film or for heavier processes. Suitable for spray, brush and felt applications. Is especially in demand for applications where standard Waterlube is too thin.
