Degreaser R7

DESCRIPTION:

The degreaser R7 is a unique liquid cleaning product based on "green" components, and offers an alternative to products based on organic solvents.

Degreaser R7 was specifically developed for the removal of bitumen, tar, crude oil, heavy fuel oil, numerous additives, etc.

FEATURES:

• Very high flash point (120 °C);
• Perfect separation of the pollution from the water;
• The product does not emit any harmful/hazardous vapours, so respiratory protection is not required.
• The product is not harmful. It has no danger indications, which is otherwise the case with almost all the other solvents that are used for the removal of high aromatic contaminations.

ADVANTAGES:

• Due to its specific composition, the product is economical in use.
• Can be used for a wide range of applications.
• Due to its "green" character, the product is safe for the user, and is therefore an alternative to harmful solvents.
• The degreaser R7 does not adversely affect the functioning of oil and water separators.
• Degreaser R7 does not have a negative impact on the COD values in the water treatment plant.

APPLICATION:

The dilution depends on the type and degree of soiling, as well as the selected method and the processing temperature.

We recommend the following dilutions for tank cleaning with normal soiling:

• In order to remove additives, it is best to use a dilution of 0.5% Degreaser R7 with water via the CIP system, at a temperature of minimum 60°C and maximum 70°C.
• For extremely heavy soiling, such as with numerous oils and greases, resins, bitumen, etc., Degreaser R7 should be used undiluted.
• Always rinse thoroughly with water after use.

PRECAUTIONS:

• The surface must always be tested for resistance beforehand.
• Always wear chemically resistant gloves, safety goggles and protective clothing.
