Instructions for Use

Water-based inks

  • Dilute 1 part Ink Cleaner V with up to 30 parts water, depending on the level of contamination.
  • For inline circulation systems, let the solution circulate for 30–60 minutes, and then thoroughly rinse the system with clean water.

UV inks

  • Use Ink Cleaner V undiluted for optimal cleaning performance.
  • Apply it by hand or in a washing machine. For stubborn stains, let the product sit for 10–15 minutes before rinsing it thoroughly with water.

Additional Information

  • Effective with both hot and cold water.
  • Thanks to its highly concentrated formula, only about 0.2 L of product is needed to clean an entire anilox roller (at the recommended dilution), making it economical for daily use.
  • Regular use helps keep anilox cells clean and reduces the need for intensive cleaning procedures such as baking soda or laser treatment.
