Effective, efficient and non-aggressive, this solution is suitable for use with ceramic and chrome rollers. When used frequently, it ensures that the cells of the rollers are optimally filled.

Regular use of Ink Cleaner V can postpone (and in many cases avoid) the use of time-consuming cleaning procedures such as bicarbonate powder or laser treatment.

Easy to dilute, this biodegradable alkaline cleaning fluid is non-flammable, non-corrosive and suitable for use with water-based and UV inks.

SOLUTION

H is an alkaline liquid specifically designed for cleaning and removing ink. Designed with the printing industry in mind, it is non-abrasive and perfectly suited for use on the sensitive surfaces of chrome and ceramic anilox rolls. However, it has also proven effective for cleaning ink tanks, ink plates and ink presses, as well as virtually any other water-resistant surface.

It is easily diluted, making it a cost-effective professional ink removal solution for a variety of ink types. Water-based inks are effectively removed with a recommended 1:10 dilution of the product to water. And yes, it even works efficiently with cold water. For more stubborn UV inks, it can be used pure or in any dilution for optimal results.

Apply Ink Cleaner V with a sponge, use it in a washing machine or circulate it through an in-line washing system to remove residue, clogs or potential blockages. For strong contaminants, just let the product work its magic for 10-15 minutes, after which it can be easily rinsed off and all ink residue removed.

WVT Industries has designed Ink Cleaner V to be as environmentally friendly and effective as possible. It is biodegradable, non-corrosive and non-flammable. Because it is a powerful ink cleaning solution, even when dissolved, it is economical to use.

It is dilutable (10% in water), therefore you only need 0.2 liters of product to clean a complete anilox roller
