O-Scent SCV
Product Overview
O-Scent SCV is a cleaning and decontamination solution developed for refinery and petrochemical shutdowns. It removes hydrocarbon deposits, neutralizes hazardous gases and vapors—including hydrogen sulfide (H₂S), benzene, ammonia, and mercaptans—and eliminates associated odors while oxidizing pyrophoric iron in a single treatment.

- O-Scent WT is a specialized odor control solution for wastewater treatment applications. It neutralizes odor-causing gases such as hydrogen sulfide (H₂S), ammonia, and mercaptans.
- O-Scent THT is a specialized solution for persistent sulfur odors, including THT (tetrahydrothiophene), mercaptans, and other sulfur compounds. It neutralizes odor molecules rather than masking them.

Instructions for Use
Liquid-phase recirculation
- Dilute O-Scent SCV based on the degree of contamination and the vapors present, usually within the recommended dilution range of 1–5%.
- Circulate the solution through the equipment and ensure sufficient contact with contaminated internal surfaces.
- After treatment, flush the system with clean water if necessary.
Steam-off process
- Add O-Scent SCV to the steam discharge process at the required treatment concentration.
- Allow the steam-activated formulation to circulate through the equipment and reach the internal surfaces.
- After treatment, flush the system with clean water if necessary.
