Tank cleaner X

DESCRIPTION:

Tank Cleaner X is a powerful water-based cleaner composed of surfactants. The product was specifically developed for effortless removal of mineral oils and greases and other common soiling in the tank and ship cleaning industry.

FEATURES:

• Contains hardness binders.

• Can be used with high-pressure and steam equipment;

APPLICATION:

The dilution depends on the type and degree of soiling and the chosen method of working. Tank Cleaner X can be diluted up to 1 : 200.

Apply the diluted solution under high pressure, allow it to work for a while and then rinse thoroughly with high pressure water. The use of warm to hot water will considerably improve the effect. For manual cleaning, a minimum dosage of 2% to pure is recommended.

In case of cleaning via CIP installation, a dosage of minimum 0.5% to maximum 5% is recommended.

PRECAUTIONS:

• We recommend that you always test for resistance in advance in order to prevent wrong reactions or infestations.
• Always wear chemically resistant gloves, eye protection and protective clothing.
• Do not use the product undiluted on aluminium, zinc or zinc silicate coatings, tin, galvanised surfaces and/or ferrous metals.
